The Lake Worth Playhouse rings in the Holiday Season with the Orson Welles radio drama version of the Charles Dickens holiday classic A Christmas Carol. This adapted version of the classic radio play will be brought to life on our stage complete with live sound effects. Travel back in time with us to the golden age of radio drama as we tell the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge and his journey to discover the real meaning of Christmas. This live interactive performance is the perfect way to usher in the holiday season for the whole family!

Remember When… Music of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s takes you on a chronological zig-zag through all the great music of the Fifties, Sixties and Seventies featuring the dynamic Jimmy Mazz. Jimmy’s thirty-five years as an entertainer have been rooted in the good old days of Vegas-style entertainment, but with a contemporary twist. As a full time professional singer and entertainer Jimmy has toured Europe and has had appearances in Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
Relive these memorable years as you go Cruisin’, Swingin’ and Groovin’ through the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s. You’re sure to “dig it” you crazy hip daddy-O’s. What a ride!

Lake Worth Playhouse is a non-profit community theatre with a diverse array of offerings, including award-winning dramas, comedies, musicals, area premieres, Broadway favorites, children’s shows, ballets and operas on film, live concerts, improv comedy and alternative programming. In addition to its main stage theatrical fare, the Playhouse presents year-round independent and foreign films in the Stonzek Theatre, an intimate black-box style theatre equipped with a large viewing screen and high-definition projection. The Playhouse is proud to offer a variety of educational programs for adults and children, as well as community outreach initiatives that bring cultural programs into the neighborhoods of underserved youth and also make theatre available free of charge for disadvantaged citizens in the community.
